- Aadhaar card of the employer or authorized signatory

- Bank account details of the company/firm
- Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) of the authorized signatory
- Business registration certificate (GST, Shops & Establishment, etc.)
How to Apply for EPF Registration (Online Process):
Follow these steps for smooth online registration:::
- Visit the EPFO Employer Portal
- Click on “Establishment Registration”
- Sign in via Shram Suvidha Portal using your credentials
- Fill in:
- Establishment details (Name, Address, Nature of Work, Industry Code)
- Employer and authorized signatory details
- Upload scanned copies of required documents
- Submit the application and note the Application Reference Number (ARN)
- Upon verification, the Establishment Code Number (ECN) will be issued
Processing Time:
- The EPF registration process generally takes 7–10 working days.
- Once approved, the employer can begin remitting EPF contributions through the portal.

- Form 12A (monthly report)
- Maintain and issue EPF passbooks and annual statements to employees
